Once your order is complete, it will ship via USPS with tracking, based on the service selected at checkout.

Available options:
- First Class Mail — estimated 5–10 business days within the U.S. (delivery times may vary due to USPS delays)
- Priority Mail — estimated 2–4 business days (most packages arrive in 2–3)
Choosing a faster shipping option affects transit time only and does not shorten the production timeline.
I’m unable to offer refunds on orders or shipping costs due to misunderstandings around processing times or expedited shipping selections.
Lost or Missing Packages
After your package leaves my studio, delivery is managed by the United States Postal Service.
If a shipment is missing or marked delivered but not received, the first step is to contact your local post office, as they are best equipped to locate the package or assist with a claim. All orders ship with insurance up to $100.
Before opening a claim, you may want to:
- Check nearby delivery locations or neighbors
- Allow an extra day or two if tracking updates early
- Confirm your shipping address at checkout

Tracking details are sent by email once your order ships. It may take 24–48 hours for tracking to begin updating.
Orders are insured for up to $100. If you’d like to add additional coverage, feel free to email me to arrange it.
